We know budget is important! We do not have a set price. We tailor each designs to suit every reasonable budget. However, we do not have a starting price. The price depends on the event, number of guests, and the complexity of the design. For our design services, we would love to schedule a consultation to discuss your overall needs, as we like to customize each experience.

Yes! We do offer monthly payment plans for our design services. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. 

After accepting the proposal, a contract will be sent for signing and invoice with the required retainer. Both the signed contract and retainer need to be returned in order for your date to be booked.

As soon as you know that you need to rent items you should go ahead and reserve them. Our unique and custom pieces tend to book out very early as we have limited quantities of them available. 

The easiest way to reserve your items is to order through our website. You can give us a call at 806-392-4110 or e-mail us at info@allthingsbeautifulevents.com. To receive a quote please provide a complete list of all the items you are interested in, along with the event date and time. To reserve the items we require a signed rental agreement along with a 25% deposit. 

The deposit is to reserve the items you are requesting specifically for your event date. Once you reserve the items, we can no longer rent them to anyone else. This is to guarantee that we will have all the items you will need for your event. 

Since we are holding all of the items specifically for you, they are not available for clients who are also interested in renting items, therefore the payment is non-refundable. 

Our rentals are delivered and picked-up by our Logistics Team only. We will provide a delivery quote based on venue accessibility and mileage.
